By placing an order for auto mechanical services via phone, you agree to the latest version of these terms, which govern the contract between you and us for booking and payment processing related to auto services. We prioritize protecting our customers and ensuring an efficient service experience.
Auto Assist Mobile Mechanics is a trading name of our company. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing your use of Auto Assist Mobile Mechanics’s services. By using our services, you accept these terms and our Booking Policies.
Important Notices:
- Our liability to you is limited under Sections 3 and 4 of these Terms.
- We are not responsible for the performance of auto services, as they are provided by independent mobile mechanics (see Section 4 for details).
B. Definitions
- Auto Services: Repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and inspection services provided by mobile mechanics, booked through Auto Assist Mobile Mechanics.
- Booking Policies: Terms covering appointment confirmation fees, cancellations, and additional costs. Please review before booking.
- Mobile Mechanic: An independent professional offering auto services promoted on the Auto Assist Mobile Mechanics website (www.mobileautomechaniclondon.co.uk).
C. Our Role: Auto Assist Mobile Mechanics acts solely as a booking intermediary, connecting customers with independent mobile mechanics. These mechanics operate under their own business names and schedules. Any agreements regarding service scope, payment, warranties, or disputes (e.g., charges, parts, quality of work) are solely between the customer and the mobile mechanic. Auto Assist Mobile Mechanics does not resolve such matters or issue refunds but can provide contact information for the mechanic.
We strive to facilitate a seamless experience by maintaining an up-to-date booking platform. Once a customer pays the appointment confirmation fee, the auto services are purchased directly from the mobile mechanic, not from Auto Assist Mobile Mechanics.
D. Service Details and Limitations: Our website promotes a range of auto repair, diagnostic, and inspection services carried out by independent mechanics. We provide service details, pricing, and appointment scheduling but are not responsible for the mechanics’ performance. Mobile mechanics are not our employees, and they are solely responsible for their work quality.
E. Mechanic Availability: We aim to connect you with local mobile mechanics. However, if none are available at your requested time, we may refer mechanics from other areas.
F. Booking Policies:
- Non-Refundable Fees: Once paid, the appointment confirmation fee is final and non-refundable if you cancel.
- Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to connect you with a mobile mechanic or your appointment is not attended, we will issue a full refund upon request.
- Sharing Contact Information: Your contact details may be shared with the assigned mobile mechanic to facilitate service delivery.
- Cancellations: In cases beyond our control (e.g., mechanic unavailability), we will cancel the appointment and provide a full refund.
G. Payments for Auto Services: Auto services are purchased directly from the mobile mechanic. Pricing is determined based on factors such as location, car model, service urgency, and part availability. Before any repair work begins, customers must confirm the agreed hourly rate and parts cost with the mechanic.
